Had zero stars been an option I’d have selected it, what an awful piece of meat! Just opened a smoked Brisket from Praseks in Hillje TX. Cost was $30 and I was looking forward to sharing this delicacy with my family. The brisket was totally inedible! Most of the top section (covered in seasoning was actually fat, probably 1/3 of the product was only fat. The brisket was riddled with gristle and fat that made the texture as tough as old boots. Very disappointed and went online to Email a letter of complaint and could not find any Email address or customer service option on the website. Do not be fooled by the hype of other products in this store, the brisket is by far the worst I have ever sampled and the poorest quality piece of meet I’ve ever purchased. I’m left feeling cheated and deceived and will never return.

I was on my way to Beaumont, Texas and stopped-in to get gas and grab a bite to eat. Wow, was I amazed at Prasker's! Their baked goods were fresh and delicious, their customer service was very quick and kind, and their facilities were clean and well-kept. I will stop by every time I am in the area! Thank you, thank you, Prasker's for such a wonderful experience
